The order
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the ordered merchandise is not available, you will be notified by email and have the option to either wait until the item is in stock or cancel your order.
You will not be charged for an unavailable product.
After placing your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your application has been accepted. You will be contacted later to confirm shipment.
Shipping and delivery
We will do our best to ship your order within the stipulated time. However, sometimes delays are inevitable due to factors beyond our control. Please note that delivery of your order may take longer during promotions and sales periods.
Delivery charges, if any, will be added to the order price
In the event that no one is available to receive your order, you will have the option of arranging an alternate delivery date, and if you are unable to receive your order in the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempt.
You will be responsible for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address you specified when ordering. We assume no responsibility when you provide an incorrect delivery address or when you fail to receive your order from the delivery address you specified.
Product Restrictions
There may be cases where the product cannot be shipped due to restrictions (such as restrictions imposed by couriers or agents and suppliers). We will not be liable for any product that we cannot sell or deliver to you as a result of these restrictions. Please refer to the product description of the specific product to see if there are any restrictions. In the event of restrictions imposed after you have placed your order with us, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
Tax
All prices shown included vat
If your delivery address is outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, you may be subject to import duties and VAT, which will be calculated automatically before the order is dispatched. You will never have to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Sometimes there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, sales, product shipping charges, shipping duration and availability. We reserve the right to correct it and change or update information or cancel orders if any said information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We will do our best to cancel the order, provided it has not already been fulfilled.
The law that governs
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
